You will want to make sure these are added to allowed list of email contacts. When you receive your new issue notification, you will have instant access to your digital edition, no need to download. The message is indicating that Coverleaf is not able to match the subscription details you provided with our records. There are a few reasons this might happen:
Your subscription is new and has not yet been updated in the database. If this is the case, please try to register again in 7-14 days
Your name and address were not able to be matched in the system — check your print magazine label and try again.
Your subscription has expired — renew your subscription today.
We made an error when your subscription was first processed — contact us and we'll fix it

When you visit www.coverleaf.com/adage to sign up for your free digital companion edition, we will use your email address, mailing address and/or account number to confirm you are an active subscriber. If the subscription is verified, we will send Coverleaf information about the start and end dates of your subscription and nothing else. Back to Top

If you are a current print subscriber and have already verified and signed up for your digital edition, you will receive notifications by email when a new issue is ready with a link to click through directly to your most current issue. You can register for Coverleaf online to save the current issue and all back issues in an online library called My Stuff. When you register at www.coverleaf.com, you can view current and past issues of Advertising Age and clip and organize pages to save or share. Every time you log on to www.coverleaf.com, you will find your selected magazines under the my stuff tab — they'll always be there for you. You can also share pages and content of interest with your friends and family. While viewing a page you want to share, you can click the share button in the navigation bar. You will then have several options for sharing the current page with friends and family, on social networks or in blogs. Searching is easy too. You can search by any keyword, including the magazine title, across all magazines in Coverleaf or just those in your my stuff library using the search field at the top of the Coverleaf page. Simply type your search term and click search. You can narrow your search by date, by magazine category and choose between all magazine or just those in your my stuff.
