NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- The new regime at Reader's Digest Association finished rounding out the executive team at its flagship title today, naming Jeff Wellington publisher of Reader's Digest. Mr. Wellington had been president and group publisher at Parenting Group, which Time Inc. sold to Bonnier Group last February, since December 2005.

Dave Peacock, Anheuser-Busch's VP-business operations, has been named VP-marketing at the country's top brewer, overseeing its $910 million budget. It's only been 10 days since the official kickoff of Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15-Oct. 15) and my inbox is already flooded with all kinds of "muy caliente" stuff: Latin fiestas, piƱata parties, "Hispanic savings" (whatever that means), plantain-cooking on live television, Latin single beauties just for me, a Miss Caliente beauty pageant and so on. You get the picture ... it's a very colorful one.
