NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- Michael Rooney, who left ESPN to become The Wall Street Journal's first chief revenue officer last May, has again raided his old employer by hiring Chris Collins, who had been VP-multimedia sales at ESPN, to become VP-multimedia sales at The Wall Street Journal. Mr. Rooney earlier poached Don Reis, another ESPN multimedia sales VP, to become VP for West Coast ad sales at the Journal.
