<description><![CDATA[REALLY good subject which applies to many of today&#039;s currently successful companies. All initiators of a generic category get assaulted from all sides sooner or later. If one&#039;s only barrier to entry is a tew lines of code deep, it&#039;s pretty flimsy. Does facebook have customer relationships or do users share relationships using facebook as a &quot;faceless&quot; facilitator. The way people are segmenting into more focused interest groups on Linked-in, Pinterest etc. might suggest the later. Having loads of data won&#039;t retain users and without the users, well, no data.]]></description>
