<description><![CDATA[Bryan, I wish more companies were better about doing this. For everyone, it&#039;s much easier to do good work if you know why you&#039;re doing it.

One caveat - be careful about &quot;Finesse more&quot;. It&#039;s possible to end up in an environment where stakeholders can no longer prioritize, and will hold up a large project just before launch in order to go back and address one tiny doubt, or re-work a whole project to incorporate one tiny improvement. In this kind of culture, projects can end up delayed by not just by weeks but by years and years, robbing the organization of the ability to move forward and respond to changing marketing conditions with agility.]]></description>
