<description><![CDATA[Good question. Most ideas that aren&#039;t used for a particular project are usually forgotten. A repository for ideas that contains an easy way to retrieve them would be a great resource for any agency to have. Not only to help keep good ideas alive, but to help develop all of the new ideas that could spring up from the thinking that&#039;s already been done.
