<description><![CDATA[Johnson&#039;s direction with JCP reminds me of another leader that continues to claim he&#039;s on the right track, when obviously both have lost sight of the simple goal of satisfying the customer.
And the ad? I always was taught when a company advertised, they&#039;re suppose to be the identified sponsor--I&#039;m sure many customers are asking &quot;who is JCP?&quot;.]]></description>
