NEW YORK (Adage.com) -- The New Yorker has won cover of the year at the second annual best-cover contest held by the American Society of Magazine Editors. The winning cover, published on the fifth anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks, reimagines Philippe Petit's 1974 high-wire walk between the Twin Towers -- only without the wire, the towers or anything but white space below.
MPA's Kliger Takes Swipe at Brownridge During Speech
