Skechers - Go Run

February 05, 2012 | 1:00

In 2011, Skechers’ Super Bowl ad, produced in-house, featured Kim Kardashian in close quarters with her physical trainer ("The Breakup"). Its 2012 spot starring Mr. Quiggly sat much better with the Ad Age Super Bowl ad review: “A cute little French bulldog takes to the Greyhound track and tears up the competition thanks to his little Skechers. Sort of a textbook Super Bowl ad: dog, underdog story (ha!), punch line, even a semi-celebrity (Mark Cuban).”

Skechers’ Super Bowl XLVI ad, created this time by Stiltanen & Partners in Los Angeles, earned an “A” from the Kellogg School Super Bowl Advertising Review.

Director: Ryan Ebner. Producer: Anne Kurtzman. Creative directors: Rex Fish, Joe Hemp. Writer: Rex Fish. Editorial company: Cut & Run. Editor: Jay Nelson. Production Company: HSI Productions.
