GroundTruth is dedicated to supporting employees as whole individuals. Central to its mission are comprehensive health benefits and wellness practices designed to help employees prioritize self-care and excel in their roles. The New York-based ad tech company offers most roles the flexibility to work remotely while maintaining options for in-office collaboration when needed.
To further promote work-life balance, GroundTruth designates scheduled rest days for employees to focus on personal interests outside of work. Building on this, employees also receive 100% employer-covered health insurance, a monthly wellness stipend, mental health days and access to wellness activities such as pottery and meditation workshops.
Equity and inclusion are also integral to GroundTruth’s culture, reflected in initiatives such as inclusive hiring practices, unconscious bias training for interviewers and a focus on accessible job descriptions.
GroundTruth’s global internship program has been particularly impactful, with 51% of interns in its India office converting to full-time roles, while a recent partnership with Drexel University expands opportunities in the company’s engineering department for North American students.
The company in its own words: “We believe that the holistic person comes first so we offer a remote-first setting and flexible schedules to ensure employees can complete their work in the most optimal settings. Our culture is most special about us because we believe in the importance of fostering an environment where employees can be their authentic selves every day.”
