Videoegg to Google: Welcome to the Club

NewTeeVee captures a screen grab of Videoegg's home page yesterday, which parodies an old Apple ad to make it's point that it has offered in-video graphic overlay ads long before YouTube launched them to much fanfare this week.

Videoegg hatched its plan a year ago, in fact, and has been running graphic overlays for marketers such as Unilever, General Motors and Nestle in video on its network, which includes videos on 10 of the top 14 social network sites. Wired's Epicenter blog has the link to the sardonic Apple adcreated in response to IBM entering the personal PC market.
