Carter Murray joined Interpublic's FCB as CEO just over a year ago. Since then, he's made a number of executive changes and put a focus on reinvigorating the agency's creative output. We caught up with him at Advertising Week to ask what he thinks are the important issues for the advertising world in the next year; how technology will influence creative; and what his goals for FCB are now that he's got many of his senior executives in place.
