After fifteen years working at Digitas, CRM365 and most recently, R/GA, Seth Solomons is returning to Wunderman as CEO, North America.

Mr. Solomons, who worked at Wunderman as SVP-account director from 1992 to 2000, will serve on Wunderman's executive board and report directly to Mark Read, who stepped in as Wunderman's Global CEO earlier this year. Before R/GA, Mr. Solomons served as Global CEO of CRM365 and Global CMO of Digitas.

Most recently, Mr. Solomons served as R/GA U.S. president; he was replaced by Sean Lyons last month. His previous position at R/GA was EVP, managing director of the New York office and global chief client services officer.

"I decided to return to Wunderman because it's an exciting point in time in the evolution of a great agency," said Mr. Solomons in a statement. "Mark has assembled a very strong team. There is depth at every level and I am proud to be a part of Wunderman once again."

Mr. Solomons made Ad Age's 40 Under 40 list in 2007.
