Once again, Advertising Age is inviting young creatives from all over the world to design a cover for Ad Age's June 10th issue, and will award the winner a free trip to the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
Calling Young Creatives: Ad Age's Annual Cover Competition is Now Open
In the spirit of Cannes' own "Young Lions" competition, Ad Age's Cover Competition is open to agency creatives ages 30 and under. The idea is to inspire young creatives to join important industry gatherings and help elevate those who are still junior in the business -- and as such are unlikely to have their agencies foot the bill for a trip to the South of France at this point in their careers.
The brief is straightforward and allows you to stretch your imagination: merely show us a cover design that you believe encapsulates the meaning of creativity in 2013.
Entries must be original, and of course, be awesome. Students and professionals from all disciplines are welcome. It is entirely free to enter, and you are also free to submit more than one entry. Submissions will be judged by Ad Age and Creativity editorial staff. Winners will be notified in mid-May 2013.
Ad Age will announce a number of finalists, but one winner --which can be a creative duo-- will get:
1. His/her/their idea on the print edition of the annual Creativity Issue, which will be distributed at Cannes as well as in the U.S. and to subscribers around the world.
2. A free trip to the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

The deadline is April 28th.
In the past, this competition has drawn hundreds of submissions from more than 50 countries. Winners have hailed from Vietnam, India and the United States.
