NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Newark, announced it hired Cossette Communication Group's Cossette Post, New York, to handle its advertising account.
Post replaces independent Sawtooth Group, Woodbridge, N.J., after a review that included 20 agencies. Consultant Mike Manning conducted the search.
Billings were not disclosed but have been estimated at $5 million to $7 million.
