Graham leaves 72andSunny to be CCO at Pitch, Seidl joins Velocity as ECD from VML

Pitch appointed Galen Graham as its new chief creative officer. He will be working with clients such as Burger King, Tim Horton's, Roche, Genentech and Konami. He joins from 72andSunny, where he was group creative director in charge of MillerCoors. Previously, he has worked at Cramer-Krasselt, 180 Amsterdam and DDB Chicago.

VML Executive Creative Director Fabio Seidl heads to Omnicom's Velocity to serve as ECD, working with the agency's entire client roster, including Johnson & Johnson and Kraft Foods. At VML, he led creative for campaigns for clients like New Balance and the United Nations. Previously, he worked at 360i on Canon and the Reeve Foundation and at Leo Burnett Chicago on Allstate, Purina, P&G and Mexico Tourism. He has also held positions at Ogilvy Brasil and McCann London.

Phenomenon added four to its leadership team in Los Angeles. The office footprint also expands to an additional floor. Chief Talent and Culture Officer Amy Panzarasa joins from TBWAChiatDay where she was director of creative talent and operations. Head of Innovation Andrew Vranicar joins from TBWA/MAL, where he led global advertising for iPhone, Shot on iPhone, Apple Watch and Apple TV. Chief Production Officer Kat Friis has worked at Tool of North America, R/GA (where she won an Emmy for "Love Has No Labels"), BBDO, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, Media Arts Lab, Google and Butler Shine Stern & Partners. Group Creative Director Kyla Elliott has worked at 72andSunny, Wieden & Kennedy, Fallon London and ChiatDay Los Angeles. She also had a brief stint as a tour guide in North Korea.

J. Walter Thompson promoted five senior creative and production executives. Heather O'Flynn, head of production, was previously an executive producer. Jessica Stewart and Brittany Sarrett have been promoted to creative directors. Meg McGinley has been promoted to director of business affairs. Zeynep Cingir has been appointed to director of digital production. O'Flynn has been at WPP for 19 years and worked with brands such as Dove, Allstate, Motorola, Kotex, BP Amoco and SC Johnson. Stewart has been an art director at R/GA and SS&K and worked on campaigns for Obama for America, MasterCard and MSNBC. Sarrett previously worked at The Richards Group on accounts like Motel 6 and Bridgestone. McGinley previously held roles at Ogilvy, Saatchi, BBDO and Translation. Cingir built the digital department for JWT in Istanbul before moving to the New York office in 2012.

R/GA Portland hired Tara Moss as managing director. She joins from Dentsu Aegis Network, where she was head of business transformation and global consulting, dealing with internal consulting for the holding company and mergers and acquisitions. She also served as managing operator for the agency's startup Jumptank, working closely with Adidas to establish its digital brand commerce division and digital leadership team.
Chelsea Steiger is the new creative director at Fred & Farid Los Angeles. Previously, she has freelanced with agencies like Anomaly L.A., 72andSunny and MullenLowe on campaigns for clients such as Diet Coke, Target, Facebook and HP. She has held positions at 180LA, The Community and Y&R New York, working for clients like Adidas, HP and Expedia.

Annie Nguyen joins Space150 as a creative director in Los Angeles, working with clients including Nike and Activision. Most recently she was global visual merchandising design director at Smashbox Cosmetics and has worked as an artist and art director with brands such as Gucci, Beats By Dre, Omega watches and Chanel. Her career began in the music industry, where she was an art director for Linkin Park. But in the end, it doesn't even matter.

Matt Watson joins independent digital agency Cult as executive creative director. Based in London, he will lead the agency's creative efforts with clients such as Agent Provocateur, Farfetch, Sally Hansen, Marc Jacobs, Amazon Fashion, NBC Universal and Netflix. Previously, he was a creative director at Digitas UK and SapientNitro.
