PR agency group MSLGroup has named yet another CEO as it adjusts to the integration with sibling creative agency network Publicis Woldwide.

Ron Guirguis will join the company as U.S. CEO, effective Sept. 14. He'll report into the group's new global CEO Guillaume Herbette.

Most recently, Mr. Guirguis served as managing director-corporate and public affairs at independent PR agency Edelman in New York.

This summer, Arthur Sadoun, CEO of creative agency network Publicis Worldwide, also took on oversight of MSLGroup. Since then, he has facilitated a host of changes at the PR agency network in an attempt to better integrate the Publicis Groupe holding company's PR and creative agency groups.

Following Mr. Sadoun's appointment, Paul Newman, North American president of MSLGroup, stepped down. And Guillaume Herbette was named CEO of MSLGroup and exec VP of Publicis Worldwide.

MSLGroup houses a namesake PR agency, as well as Kekst & Co., experiential agency PBJS and public-affairs shop QorvisMSL.
