For the second year, Ad Age has partnered with Latitude Research, a market-research firm, to rank the industry’s best workplaces based on an analysis of survey responses from employers and their employees.
Does your company stand out among the best? Prove it to the market, employees and potential employees by entering Ad Age Best Places to Work 2020.
This is the last call for entries. Deadline to enter is Sept. 9 at 5 p.m. EDT. If your company has entered by that deadline, you will have until Sept. 18 to complete the employer and employee surveys.
Ad Age Best Places to Work seeks to find the companies that are quantifiably ahead of the pack when it comes to factors that really matter. Ad Age’s scoring system factors in the importance of six key satisfaction areas: employee benefits, company culture, employee development, company environment, employee engagement and employee perks.
To be eligible for Ad Age Best Places to Work, a company must have been in the marketing, media, advertising or adtech industry for more than one year; be headquartered in North America or have a North America headquarters or main office if its world headquarters is outside of North America; and have a minimum of 15 full-time employees.
