New York agency Mad Dogs and Englishmen takes aim at processed carbs in a new pair of spots for Atkins Nutritionals, in which we see people eating nothing but sugar. They eat it, they drink it, they pour it into lunch boxes -- all to demonstrate the claim that "the average American eats 158 pounds of sugars and other sweeteners per year," twice as much as two generations ago. director Barton Landsman directs the comic campaign, which ends with an invitation to join Atkins' "Low-Carb Revolution."
