ACT by Sage 2010 integrates social networking tools

Scottsdale, Ariz.—Sage North America has released the latest version of its ACT contact and customer management solution, with new features incorporating social media tools.

ACT by Sage 2010 now can import networking profiles of customers and prospects found on such social networks as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and ZoomInfo. Also the new subscription-based ACT E-marketing Service provides templates for e-mail design, survey and Web forms for gathering recipient feedback, drip marketing controls for automating campaigns with multiple e-mails and a marketing results tab for identifying qualified prospects.

Also debuting are new contact and administrative dashboards.
