Acxiom acquires analytics and predictive modeling company Quinetix

Little Rock, Ark.—Interactive marketing services company Acxiom Corp. has acquired Quinetix, a Rochester, N.Y.-based provider of analytics and predictive modeling for large and medium-size businesses in financial services, multichannel retail, media, health care and hospitality. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Acxiom said the acquisition of Quinetix's Customer Cube solution will give it added abilities to integrate customer targeting capabilities and pricing decision-making into its marketing campaign solutions.

Acxiom and Quinetix have partnered on various projects for the past five years.
