Advanstar hires Earle Palmer Brown for branding campaign

Cleveland, Ohio--After a yearlong search, Advanstar Communications, which publishes Travel Agent magazine and hosts the MAGIC men's apparel trade shows, selected Earle Palmer Brown, New York, to handle its new global branding campaign. Slated to roll out later this year, the campaign will position Advanstar as a complete business media company, offering marketers a variety of ways beyond trade publications to reach their customers, including trade shows, Web sites and databases. The campaign will focus on four Advanstar divisions--telecommunications, pharmaceutical-health care-sciences, fashion industry and travel-hospitality, said Bill Cook, exec VP.
