Amadesa releases enhanced merchandising solution

Chicago—Web site optimization and marketing company Amadesa Inc. has added new features to its RecommendR cross-selling solution, including A/B and multivariate testing, as well as e-mail and call center integration.

RecommendR can automate the suggestion of up- and cross-selling options based on previous orders. Its new multivariate testing capabilities enables greater segmentation and targeting of audiences, according to the company. Users can also make recommendations to customers via e-mail and call centers to improve average order values, revenue per visit and conversions.

Other enhancements include business rules that either include or exclude products within various recommendation themes.
