AOL, Yahoo!, MSN tops in reach

New York--The top three Web sites in terms of reach for the week of April 26-May 2 were AOL, Yahoo! and MSN, according to Nielsen/NetRatings, the Internet measurement service from Nielsen Media Research. The top advertiser was Microsoft Corp. with 138 million impressions. The top banner advertisement was's ``Click on Shopping'' banner, which had a 7.8% reach.
