B-to-b ad pages decline

New York—B-to-b ad pages declined 23.1% in November compared with the year-earlier period, according to Business Information Network figures released Tuesday by American Business Media. For the first 11 months of 2009, ad pages declined 28.6%. BIN tracks 21 b-to-b vertical categories. Agriculture was the strongest category last year, with ad pages declining just 8.89% in the first 11 months and rising 2.02% in November. Transportation and logistics was the weakest category, with ad pages falling 60.61% for the first 11 months of 2009 and 72.32% in November.
