B-to-b ad pages increase 0.3% in July

New York—B-to-b ad pages increased 0.3% in July compared with the year-earlier period, according to Business Information Network figures released by American Business Media. It marked the first time this year that ad pages increased year over year.

Through the first seven months of the year, ad pages were down 5.2% compared with the year-earlier period. Five of 21 BIN categories were up year-to-date in ad pages: agriculture (1.28%), automotive (1.15%), aviation (0.31%), health care (2.28%) and miscellaneous (5.25%).

Digital revenue increased 11.3% during the first half of this year compared with the year-earlier period.
