Stamford, Conn.--MeritDirect, a list management company that specializes in b-to-b catalog lists, and software provider NuEdge Systems announced they have forged a partnership to provide MeritDirect's customers with a suite of customer data segmentation and analysis tools.
A "dashboard" of information, including transactional and demographic data, can be customized and viewed by clients on their PC or a wireless device with online access. The information, when combined with MeritDirect's cooperative b-to-b database of more than 40 million names, will help clients identify best and worst customers, predict a customer's next most likely purchase and analyze buying patterns to drive future targeting strategies, according to MeritDirect.
"It's added value for MeritDirect customers," said Blair Barondes, the company's senior VP-database marketing. The announcement of the partnership was made at the company's third annual Business Mailers Co-op and E-mail Marketing Conference in Stamford, Conn.
