BBN Networks launches SNAP

San Francisco—BBN Networks, a b-to-b digital marketing company, has released a social media listening tool aimed at b-to-b marketers. The tool is called the Social Network Assessment Platform, or SNAP. SNAP is designed to help b-to-b marketers track conversations among thought leaders in their industry to help them adjust their strategies and campaigns. “We created SNAP to provide our clients with an understanding of the social dialogue in their industry, guidance on how to reach key influencers and an analysis of the full effort,” said Rachael Monroe, BBN's VP-client services, in a statement.
