Berkery Noyes forms restructuring practice with Seneca Financial Group

New York—Berkery Noyes & Co. and Seneca Financial Group announced they have formed a partnership to provide restructuring advisory services in the global information, media, marketing services and related technology sectors.

Berkery Noyes is a communications industry investment bank. Seneca Financial Group has provided restructuring advice to companies since its founding in 1993.
