Bigfoot strides into b-to-b

New York--Bigfoot Interactive this week launched "PROfile," an e-mail newsletter aimed at marketers interested in e-mail marketing. Bigfoot said it has lined up experts such as Iconocast CEO Michael Tchong, direct mail copywriter Herschell Gordon Lewis, eMarketer senior analyst Jonathan Jackson and Association for Interactive Media Executive Director Ben Isaacson to write for the newsletter. Al DiGuido, CEO of Bigfoot Interactive, will edit the newsletter. DiGuido noted marketers are expected to quadruple spending on e-mail marketing services over the next four years, reaching $4.5 billion by 2004. Bigfoot Interactive has developed successful permission-based e-mail programs for such companies as MCI Worldcom, GlaxoSmithKline, Washington Post/Newsweek Interactive and Unilever Cosmetics International.
