New York—BizBash Media announced it has acquired the assets of ImBookin.com and plans to revamp the online event-space reservation system to help event organizers book smaller venues online on short notice. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Josh Gooch, the founder of 5-year-old ImBookin, will join BizBash as the president of the new BizBash ImBookin.com division.
