Blue Kai, Datacratic launch customer modeling tool

Cupertino, Calif.—Blue Kai, a provider of audience data and analytics, has partnered with machine learning company Datacratic to develop a “look-alike” modeling solution for use in customer profiling and marketing. Montreal-based Datacratic's technology uses predictive modeling to analyze customer behavior, producing a ranking of potential future activities. The technology will be combined with Blue Kai's database of more than 360 million unique users in 20,000 categories to help identify high-performing customers and tailor marketing messages appropriately, according to the companies. Datacratic changed its name from Recoset last week.
