BMA introduces international road show series

Chicago—The Business Marketing Association has announced the launch of a road show event series that will visit Beijing, London and five U.S. cities this year. Called “Go and Grow,” the series is an extension of BMA's annual conference and is intended to allow b-to-b marketers to share effective strategies. “Go and Grow” will debut in Beijing on May 17. Additional stops are: Denver in August ; Phoenix, Aug. 30; New York, Sept. 25; St. Louis, Oct. 4; Atlanta in October; and London in October. “We are excited to usher in the next era of BMA with the launch of the organization's first international road show to further engage marketing professionals around the world,” said Al Maag, 2011-12 national BMA chairman and chief communications officer of Avnet, in a statement. “We are committed to professional and career development at all levels, and we encourage all b-to-b marketers to attend.” BMA's 2012 annual international conference will be held May 30-June 1 in Chicago. The theme of this year's conference is “Grow.”
