Booz Allen study provides CRM guidance

New York--Gaining customer loyalty and retention is the top concern of business executives, according to a study by Booz Allen Hamilton that examines the challenges of implementing customer relationship management programs. The study of more than 500 global CEOs found that two-thirds of top-performing companies have prioritized long-term customer relationships, a higher rate than for lower-performing companies.
