Breen Vogel to lead B2BWorks' digital relationship marketing services

Chicago--B2BWorks Inc. has promoted Karen Breen Vogel to exec VP-strategy and client solutions, to lead the company’s charge into digital relationship management (DRM) services.

Breen Vogel was previously senior VP-strategy and client solutions at B2BWorks, which was launched in 1999 as a b-to-b advertising network.

“Most companies are moving to become more customer-centric,” Breen Vogel said. “They are really changing the way they do business, deep down within the fabric of the company.”

As its clients have moved to a more relationship-based marketing approach, B2BWorks has evolved to offer more strategic marketing services, in addition to providing a highly targeted network of b-to-b sites.

Breen Vogel said B2BWorks’ DRM services help marketers engage in direct dialogue with their customers and prospects using the Internet and e-mail, and provide measurable results to demonstrate return on investment.

Breen Vogel serves as chairperson of the Digital Media Council for American Business Media.
