But the audience would much rather hear it from a satisfied customer, especially one as convincing as Dana Herbert. The spot takes viewers to Desserts by Dana, where owner Herbert and his crew are depicted creating their mouthwatering treats. He explains how hamstrung his otherwise successful business was by a tight cash flow. His PNC banker describes the sweet solution the bank brought to the shop that included a credit card processing machine. The move gave Herbert a complete picture of his cash flow, which allowed him to better run and expand his business. As Herbert says: “The proof is in the pudding.”
