Farm Progress publishes Prairie Farmer and 17 other regional agricultural publications. The company also produces the Farm Progress Show and, this year, introduced a mobile app to help attendees navigate the event. Lapin is vice chairman of American Business Media and slated to take over as chairman of the organization next year.
