C-level churn slows in July and August

New York—C-level management changes slowed during July and the first three weeks of August, according to a report released Monday from Liberum Research.

According to the report, C-level turnover totaled 1,962 in July, down from 2,463 in June. From Aug. 1 to Aug. 20, C-level turnover totaled 1,203.

By comparison, C-level management changes totaled 762 in July 2005 and 1,463 for the full month of August 2005.

The report tracks C-level changes at North American public companies. It is based on data from Liberum Research's Management Change Database.
