Campaigner debuts sales product

Los Angeles—Campaigner, continuing to extend its product lineup beyond its roots in email marketing, has launched a sales process management tool that tracks sales rep activities and reports on sales metrics. CampaignerSPM can track selling cycle phases, activities in each phase and the selling tools used to complete these activities. Multiple sales processes can be used for different products, services, markets and customers, the company said. CampaignerSPM combines standard features of the company's CampaignerCRM PRO, such as email synchronization to Gmail and Outlook, API and QuickBooks integration, and social CRM insight about customer activity on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, Campaigner said.
