Minneapolis--Customer relationship management services are the thrust of a strategic alliance signed by Carlson Marketing Group and Interelate Inc., as the two companies have agreed to combine their services and technologies to provide enterprise-class marketing platforms. Carlson, the largest U.S. marketing services agency, will bring campaign development and management expertise to the alliance, while Interelate will provide hosted software applications for multi-channel campaign management. The two companies are currently developing a system for British Airways plc.
