ClickAction implements 100% guarantee

Palo Alto, Calif.--E-mail marketing company ClickAction said it has established a 100% service guarantee to corporate customers. The firm will provide the guarantee as part of its e-mail relationship management program, aimed at both brand marketers and retailers. The company's customer base has doubled since August and now stands at more than 100. ClickAction claims response rates average 40% to 50%.
