CNN creates new positions for digital ad sales

New York—CNN announced two key appointments to its ad sales and marketing division. Marybeth Strobel, who has been with CNN since 1988, and Michael Connors, who recently joined the company from The New York Times online ad sales, will assume the newly created positions of digital sales managers. They will manage all CNN’s domestic digital ad sales initiatives and work closely with the National Television Ad Sales Group and the Strategic Integration Group to develop integrated custom marketing packages across the CNN brand.
