Called Social Stats, the tools track which e-mails have been shared socially and with what frequency to Facebook “likes” and to Twitter and LinkedIn posts. It also tracks the number of additional e-mail page views generated through social media channels to help determine campaign value, reach and effectiveness, according to the company.
Constant Contact also added new features to NutshellMail, its free social media monitoring tool acquired earlier this year. NutshellMail for Facebook Pages monitors business-specific Facebook pages separately from personal pages and tracks page views, new likes, comments and wall posts. Also, users can now sync their YouTube channels with NutshellMail and receive updates on comments made on videos.
