Contactology adds triggered e-mail, other upgrades

Durham, N.C.—E-mail marketing and online survey company Contactology has added an automated e-mail function, an upgraded editor and reporting enhancements to its latest product release.

The company said the new triggered e-mail function allows customers to generate automated welcome messages, list subscription and renewal reminders, as well as such date-based triggered campaigns as subscription reminders and date-specific offers.

The new Contactology release also includes enhanced image manipulation to crop, rotate and resize artwork within the application. Integration with Google Analytics allows users to automatically track conversions and the success of each e-mail campaign with standard Google Web statistics.
