Corporate social media: After the buzz

How can a company become more "social" via the dynamic new world of social media marketing? Frank Days, Novell's director-new and social media, takes a shot at answering this question with a lineup of the top five “rules” for helping an organization become and stay active on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, forums and other online venues.
