D&B mulling “strategic options” for

Short Hills, N.J.— Dun & Bradstreet Corp. confirmed it is contemplating “strategic options” for its website, which is a portal aimed at small businesses. Earlier this week, the company sent an email to its freelance content providers terminating their contracts.

D&B acquired in 2007 for $55 million. was founded in 1999.

“There is no final decision regarding the site right now but we will be making a public statement once that decision has been made,” a spokesperson said in an email.
