New York—The board of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu have voted to approve the nomination of James Quigley as global CEO, subject to a vote by the firm’s partners. Quigley would succeed William Parrett, whose CEO term ends May 31. Parrett will continue as a senior partner of Deloitte until his retirement in May 2008. Also, the board voted to approve John Connolly as its new chairman. Connolly succeeds Piet Hoogendoom, whose term also expires May 31.
