Digital circ edges up in first half

Shelton, Conn.—Digital edition circulation for b-to-b and b-to-c print titles edged up slightly in the first half of the year, according to audience data from BPA Worldwide. Digital accounted for 24% of all total qualified circulation in the first half of the year, compared with 22% for the prior six months. Almost 35% of the titles audited by BPA Worldwide said they had electronic editions in the June reporting period, a percentage that held steady compared with the December 2012 reporting period.
