Direct Media introduces site diagnostic service

Greenwich, Conn.—Direct Media has introduced an e-commerce service called Direct Media Web Diagnosis. The service is being offered through a partnership with online marketing and Web development firm the Worx Group. Direct Media described the service as a "Web site checkup" that provides an evaluation and offers recommendations in seven areas: design, usability, content, download speed, search engine optimization, compatibility and links.

"In speaking with our clients about their e-commerce needs, many thought they had pretty good Web sites but they just weren’t sure how effective they were or in what areas they needed help," said Ed Bocknik, exec VP-DMI eCommerce Services, in a statement.
