EBITDA Media acquires stake in Sustainable Life Media

Los Angeles—EBITDA Media announced it has acquired a stake in Sustainable Life Media, an e-newsletter, research and event company. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The investment is designed to build on EBITDA Media's existing initiatives in the sustainability market. It already owns Green Media Enterprises, which produces the Green West and Green East expos and conferences.

SLM's portfolio includes the Eco-Advantage Salons Conference and the Sustainable Brands Conference.

EBITDA Media, founded in 2006 by William Cobert, former president-CEO of Canon Communications, is a partner with private equity company Veronis Suhler Stevenson.
